Refunds & Exchanges

At KuhWuh, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below is our in-store refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

 

Eligibility for Refunds 

 

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt as proof of purchase.    

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.    

  • Refunds are only applicable for items with manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item was given.

Non-Refundable Items 

 

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotional events.    

  • Accessories (e.g., tote bags, hats, socks, jewelry).    

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after purchase.

Refund Process    

 

  • Refunds will be issued in the same payment method used for the original purchase.    

  • If the purchase was made with cash, refunds will be processed via store credit or bank transfer.    

  • Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Exchange Policy

 

Sometimes the fit isn’t right, so we’re happy to accept exchanges on any garment that is unworn and still fitted with all labels. 

  • If you are not eligible for a refund, you may be eligible to exchange your item for another size or product of equal value (subject to availability).     

  • Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please return it within 7 days with proof of purchase and evidence of the defect for a full refund or exchange.    

  • Items will be inspected before processing refunds or exchanges.

 

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

 

Visit our store with the item and original receipt. Our team will assess the request and process the refund if eligible.
